Description:
- Use Standalone DSL in pairs or with Rackmount Modular DSL Line Drivers.
- Ethernet versions support PPP with bridge control protocol. Link networks and data lines over any grade of twisted-pair cable. Use Standalone DSL Line Drivers in pairs or use them with any components that support the same kind of DSL and data interface. Standalone DSL Line Drivers are SNMP manageable as a customer premises (CP) unit through an SNMP/HTTP Card. Standalone DSL Line Drivers with an Ethernet interface provide MAC-level data link (Layer 2) connection between 10BASE-T networks and operate transparently to higher-level protocols such as TCP/IP, DECnet(tm), NetBIOS, and IPX(tm). The line drivers are true bridges supporting PPP with Bridge Control Protocol. They learn, load, and remove MAC addresses automatically. mDSL Line Drivers
