Media converter modules are hot-swappable, so you don't need to shut down your whole system to make changes. The modules are designed to connect to the chassis ground before receiving power from the chassis, preventing accidental damage from improper installation. Redundancy and reliability. An optional hot-swappable power supply provides extra assurance that your system will stay up and running. Power supplies include cooling fans. Optional SNMP Management Module. Monitor and manage your Media Conversion Center from a remote terminal via an RJ-45 port on the Management Module.
