A pair of Sync SHM-NPRs ensures the integrity of your data transmission over coax cable. Transmit data up to 19.2 kbps at a distance of up to 0.8 miles (1.2 km). Transmit timing is provided by an internal clock. These short-haul modems operate full-duplex over coax. Coupling to the coax line is through isolation transformers, which protect against overvoltages. Because it's interface powered, the Sync SHM-NPR requires no external power supply--just attach it to your cable and you're ready to go.
