Voice Cards The 4W E&M Card terminates a 4-wire E&M voice channel (Types I-III). The FXS Card enables direct phone connection with ring-back tone capability (requires the T1-CB Bat/Ring Gen Card). Connects to the trunk side of a key phone system and CO (Central Office) lines from a PBX. The FXO Card connects to the station side of a PBX or a loop start line from the Central Office. T1-CB Bat/Ring Gen If you have a T1-CB FXS Card (MT411C), you need this card. It supplies power to activate the ringer. The T1 Channel Bank can be decked out with a variety of data, voice, modem, interface, and DSX-1 cards.
