Description:
Don't pay for unnecessary dedicated phone lines! Up to four separate devices, such as modems or faxes, can share one outbound phone line with the Phone Line Manager 1x4. Say you want Internet access for the four PCs in your department. Just plug the phone line into this unit, then all four computer modems into the ports on the 1x4's rear panel. Each device receives unlimited individual connection to the phone line. Once a call is established, the device will maintain complete isolation for the duration of the call. Any other device attempting to access the line during a call will receive a busy tone until the original call is completed. Front-panel LEDs indicate when the line is free.
