- Robust diagnostics and BER tests. The Micro CSU/DSU features selectable clocking to adapt to a wide variety of networks and DTE interfaces. And with its small size, you can plug the Micro CSU/DSU directly into the WAN port of a router, switch, mux, or server. The Micro CSU/DSU works in multipoint 56-kbps DDS networks and point-to-point 64-kbps ClearChannel(tm) networks. Plus, it's great for 56- or 64-kbps campus communication links up to 3.4 miles (5.5 km). Diagnostics include V.54-compliant local analog and remote digital loops, as well as a built-in V.52 BER-compliant test pattern generator/detector. These features save you the cost of any extra test equipment!
