Details Buying from Electrospec Description: Our Time and Attendance Terminals are your solutions for keeping track of when your employees punch the clock. Choose from basic terminal models and models with several built-in reader options. Basic terminals feature an LCD display on the front surface that enables employees to visually confirm what time they are clocking in and out. The four basic terminals are KTA-530P, KTA-530P-SB (MicroStar reader compatible), and KTA-540W and KTA-540W-SB (Wiegand compatible). All models with the SB suffix also feature access control, so if you connect a terminal to a nearby card or biometric reader, employees can gain access to your business once they clock in. Terminals with built-in readers don't require the use of an external reader for the clock-in function. They come in versions with either a MicroStar Proximity Reader or a Wiegand compatible Pyramid Proximity Reader. All models with the SB suffix in their product code also provide integrated access control. All terminals are housed in a sturdy metal enclosure that's tough enough to stand up to tampering by dishonest employees or vandalism by outsiders seeking to do harm to your business. You can retrieve time and attendance events from a terminal by using a networked PC using Doors(tm) software. Typically most events are when employees clock in and out, but the terminal and the export.exe software utility also work with outside time and attendance software that integrates time and attendance recording with your payroll.
