Description:

- Rackmount kit included. Just wait until you see what flexibility and versatility the user-configurable T1 and E1 Fiber Muxes XL offer! Start off with a pair of our T1 or E1 Base Units. Each unit is available with an AC or a DC power supply and features a fixed 10BASE-T port for Ethernet connectivity. Then populate the muxes with the modules you need. Choose between two Fiber Modules for your link. The 850-nm Fiber Module (MT1061-85) interface extends the transmission range for T1 or E1 to 2.6 kilometers (1.6 mi.), and the 1310-nm Fiber Module (MT1062-13-R2) extends the range to 40 kilometers (24.9 mi.). Both enhance the transmission security and achieve immunity against electrical interference. Front-panel LEDs on the modules indicate loss-of-signal frame and AIS on the fiber link. Then decide if you want a module to connect to Fast Ethernet and add the appropriate T1 or E1 Modules. We even have modules for balanced and unbalanced E1! A pair of LEDs monitor loss of signal and AIS on each T1 or E1 receive line. You can configure setup, monitoring, and diagnostics using an ASCII terminal or Telnet(tm). Monitor and manage system diagnostics using status and alarm indicators, alarm dry contacts, and an ASCII terminal.
