The Multi-Purpose Amplifier (HS100A-R2) works with most phones that have a modular handset connector. It features a sliding volume control, a headset/handset switch, a mute switch, and a built-in headset stand. The Two-Prong Carbon Amplifier (HS101A) is designed for phones with a two-prong headset port. The three-position volume control locks your volume preference in place.
