It operates on nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries for total portability! Four operating modes and a variety of test patterns make the WAN Tester an excellent choice. Control it from the front-panel push buttons or from a local or remote VT100(tm) terminal via its console port. You can perform all operations by using only 10 push buttons. The tester enables you to analyze a wide array of T1, Fractional T1, E1, Fractional E1, async, and sync communication facilities and equipment, such as modems, multiplexors, CSU/DSUs, and more. To select your parameters, simply scroll through values stored in its memory. The WAN Tester includes a 2 line by 16 character backlit LCD display and 16 LED indicators that show selected mode, test and operating parameters, and test data.
