Description:
- Warranty -- 1 Year
- Operates at a frequency of 318 MHz.
- System also works any 26-bit, Wiegand-compatible access controller.
- For fully integrated access control, use this system with the Tiger II Controller Platform (page 59) and manage it all with Doors(tm) software (pages 58-59).
- The Wireless Receiver for Garage Door (RLB-568) enables the use of a transmitter as a garage door opener.
- The Wireless Receiver with Wiegand Output (RLB-500) has a durable, weather-resistant enclosure.
- Transmitters are available with a proximity insert so users can also enter doors tied to proximity readers.
- The 4-Button Transmitters enable you to control multiple gates that are near each other. Keep traffic flowing at your gates while ensuring secure access to your facilities with the RF Transmitter/Receiver System. It's the solution for long-range wireless access control. Start with the Wireless Receiver with Wiegand Output for your gate and a battery-powered transmitter for every employee or resident who requires gate access. Typically attached to the included keychain, a transmitter enables an employee or resident to enter a gate without having to stop his or her vehicle. Upon approach, the employee or resident simply presses a button on the transmitter and the mounted wireless receiver "recognizes" the transmitter's signal to open the gate automatically. The transmitter tag provides up to 500 feet (152.4 m) of transmit range to the receiver. You can order the transmitter in 1- and 4-button versions. The 1-button models can be programmed for just a single receiver, so they suit applications where there's just a single gate to access. The 4-button models can be programmed to communicate with different receivers in areas where you have more than one gate located within their range. The transmitters are also available with a proximity insert, enabling their use with both RF wireless receivers and proximity card readers. This way, an employee can access other secure areas and buildings within a facility by using proximity readers tied to the same system as the gates. For an integrated and managed access control solution, tie your wireless transmitters and receivers to a central access control platform (such as the Tiger II Controller and Doors software) or any controller that's 26-bit Wiegand compatible. The Wireless Receiver for Garage Door enables a transmitter to also work as a garage door opener. The Wireless Receiver with Wiegand Output uses minimal power (5 VDC or 6-24 VDC), operates at a 318-MHz frequency and a 300-kHz minimum bandwidth, and features a weather-resistant, anodized aluminum enclosure.
