Each unit includes LEDs for visual feedback on various parameters. Our Pure Networking AUI to UTP Transceiver is the most economical way ever to connect your AUI devices to a 10BASE-T network. Its price is small, but its capabilities are BIG! The transceiver features a Signal Quality Error (SQE) switch to enable or disable SQE (heartbeat) test. It's compliant with IEEE 802.3 10BASE-T standards and features easy, plug-and-play installation. It also supports a maximum cable-segment distance of 50 feet (15.2 m) on the AUI port. Additionally, it provides distances of up to 328 feet (100 m) over UTP cable. The Mini 10BT Transceivers with Attached Cable have their interface cable already attached to provide reliable connections with less cable insertion loss. For the AUI connection, the transceivers have 6 inches (15.2 cm) of transceiver cable on one side; for the 10BASE-T connection, they have 15 feet (4.6 m) of twisted-pair cable on the other side. They're also compatible with the IEEE 802.3 10BASE-T standard and come with either a slide-lock or screw-lock AUI connector.
