Description:
This passive device features eight RJ-11 connectors: one host and seven terminals. Two center pins are bridged on all eight connectors. You can connect your RJ-11 host cable to the Star Panel in your wiring closet. Then run seven RJ-11 cables out the other end to the Interconnect or RJ Modular Patch Panel (JPM002). From there you can go 700 feet (213 m), the aggregate maximum distance with twisted-pair wire to seven terminals. Each Star Panel host port is dedicated to one S/3X or AS/400(R) port.
