It's great for out-of-the-way places--behind desks, above drop ceilings, and along cable runs. The Crossover Media Converter provides a simple way to add a fiber segment to a ThinNet network. It's easy to use--just plug it in--and compact enough to tuck in just about anywhere. Attach the converter in out-of-the-way places, such as on the back of a desk, with the included VELCRO(R) strip. The converter features extensive diagnostic LEDs so you can monitor power, link, and traffic status without extra diagnostic equipment. It supports a multimode fiber link of up to 2 kilometers (1.2 mi.).
