Description:
If you need multiple controllers at one site, then you need a BLACK BOX(R) V.35 Data Sharer. These versatile bidirectional sharers run sync or async, local or remote. With the 4-channel model, up to four sync controllers can share one host (via CSU/DSUs) in a polled environment. With the 2-channel model, two devices can share one host. Share two different ways: In broadcast mode, the host sends a polling message to all controllers simultaneously. After a port is selected, all the controllers continue to receive the host's transmissions. In select mode, only one device gets host transmissions until the host polls again.
