Use the Door Sentry Video Phone System to see visitors at your door from a single inside location. You can also expand this basic surveillance system to enable three inside locations to cover two doors, with the MK-1MD/A--which is included in the Door Sentry Video Phone System (MKS-1GD)--acting as a centralized Master Station to a pair of MK-1MD/As acting as Sub Room Stations. Using 18 AWG wiring, you can put the farthest Sub Room Station up to 328 feet (100 m) from the Main Room Station. The Master and Sub Room Stations feature a 4" black-and-white video monitor that gives you a clear, sharp picture of visitors at the entrance. Talk to your visitor simply by picking up a station's handset, and unlock the door with the touch of a phone button. There are a variety of Door Stations, and each comes with a Call button that rings the Master and Sub Room Stations inside. The basic system includes a Door Station with a fixed-position, surface-mount camera. You can also opt for a Door Station with a wide-angle, fixed-position camera (MK-DH) with a viewing area of 37"--enough to see two or more people. Its camera also features LED lighting to give you a clear picture, even when it's dark out. A third Door Station features a camera with pan/tilt video (MK-DAC), which enables you to tilt the camera up, down, left or right. The Door Sentry Video Phone System works with a large range of options that offer you convenience, cost savings, or added security. For example, the Audio-Only Sub Room Station (MK-2SD) is the affordable substitute in place of a second Sub Room Station with a monitor. Another option is a separate Long-Distance Adapter (MYW-BA) that enables you to place the farthest Sub Room Station up to 984.2 feet (300 m) from the Master Station. In addition, a Motion-Detector Adapter (MKW-DK) alerts you to the presence of visitors even before they reach the Door Station.
