ServSwitch(tm) Wizard Extenders not only make it easy for you to place your CPUs or ServSwitch KVM switches up to 656.1 feet (200 m) from your workstation, they're also expandable. If your installation is small, order a ServSwitch Wizard Extender Kit (ACU5010A, ACU5012A) or two. When your small installation grows, you can rackmount the modules in a space-saving chassis. These KVM extenders work with CAT5, CAT5e, or CAT6 cable. Plus, you can use them with all IBM(R) PCs and compatibles. They support Alpha, SGI(tm), and RS/6000(R) computers, plus Microsoft(R) IntelliMouse(R), IntelliMouse Explorer, and other common wheel mice. Connections for PS/2(R) keyboards and mice are built in. If your PC has a 5-pin DIN AT(R) connector or you have an AT style keyboard, simply add an adapter (FA221). And if you use an extended keyboard, all the keys work because the extender sends keyboard data in its native format. ServSwitch Wizard Extender Kit (ACU5010A) Choose this extender kit to place a keyboard, monitor, and mouse up to 656.1 feet (200 m) from your CPU. Each kit comes with a transmitter module for local CPU connections and a receiver module for remote workstation (KVM) connections, as well as an adapter cable to connect the local module to the keyboard, video, and mouse connectors on your CPU. The receiver module also features an optional password security function that, when enabled, switches off the video and disconnects the keyboard and mouse. ServSwitch Wizard with Serial and Audio Extender Kit (ACU5012A) The ServSwitch Wizard with Serial and Audio Extender Kit has all the features of the ServSwitch Wizard Extender Kit (ACU5010A), but it also transmits serial and audio signals. The serial connection supports devices such as PDA cradles and touch screens. The audio connections enable you to use speakers or headsets, and microphones at your workstation. Each kit comes with a transmitter module for local CPU connections and a receiver module for remote workstation (KVM) connections, as well as a serial cable and a KVM cable to connect your local module to your CPU.
