With these Patch Panel Chassis, you can remove modules from the chassis without disconnecting the cables. Each circuit module has 5 LED activity indicators for SD, RD, CD, DTR, and DSR. The test module displays 10 activity LEDs of a specific interface with associated test points, a lamp test push button, and a DB25 monitor port for optional external equipment. The chassis feature 16 slots for patch modules and 1 slot for a monitor/test module and includes a power supply. Each patch module features 3 front-panel patch cavities for access to the circuit. Two rear connectors are for DTE and DCE connections. Each test module provides noninterruptive monitoring via a DB25 connector. The chassis support speeds up to 10 Mbps. The Patch Panel Chassis are rackmountable in a NEMA standard 19" cabinet. Gold plated, self-wiping contacts ensure reliability. They are transparent to all Data Path Signals.
