With the Phone-Line Manager XL and XLP's Power Failure Transfer feature, the highest-priority devices function during power outages in systems connected to uninterruptible power supplies. Plug-and-Play Phone-Line Managers Connect up to 48 devices on 16 phone lines with our plug-and-play Phone-Line Managers. Our Phone-Line Manager XL transfers incoming calls to as many devices as there are lines connected to the Phone-Line Manager. All devices on the Phone-Line Manager XL share lines for outbound calls on a first-come, first-served basis. The outbound device ports are perfect for modem-pooling applications in security-sensitive areas. Programmable Phone-Line Managers The Phone-Line Manager XLP is your smart choice for setting up incoming or outgoing modem or fax pools. It "listens" for a CNG (fax tone) or DTMF (touch-tone) and routes the call to the appropriate device. If a port is busy or doesn't answer, it forwards the call to the next appropriate device. You can also dedicate a few priority devices to individual lines and have the remaining devices share the remaining lines. Outbound-Only Phone-Line Managers Designed for applications where only outgoing calls are necessary, Phone-Line Manager XLOs can support up to 48 devices on 16 lines. The number of devices you can use simultaneously is equal to the number of outbound lines. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis. Perfect for modem-pooling applications or in security-sensitive areas. Rackmountable Phone-Line Managers Our Commercial Phone-Line Managers are rackmountable. The 12 x 36 and 16 x 48 Phone-Line Managers include a 19" rackmount system. Kits are also available to rackmount the 4 x 12 and 8 x 24 Phone-Line Managers. Racking is convenient! Install the Phone-Line Managers with either the front panel or rear connector panel facing outward. You get the easiest connections possible for your patch cables.
