- 4W-S models have internal clocking only. The Mini Driver 4W-S and 4W-S-CL models are designed for point-to-point sync applications that require internal clocking. The -CL models also feature not only internal clocking but also external and receive loopback clocking for tail-circuit applications. All models carry your data up to 3.5 miles (5.6 km) at 19.2 kbps (over 24 AWG wire). Transformer isolation and optional surge protection keep your equipment safe from ground loops and electrical surges--that's perfect for between-building connections.
